LV3 Corporation ("we") handles the personal information you provide — for example through our contact form — in line with the policy below. Meeting data handling in the Aigot desktop application is covered by a separate Aigot Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Through the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization name (optional), and the content of your message. We also record technical information such as the sender's IP address to prevent abuse (impersonation, bulk submissions) through rate-limiting. This is not used for tracking or advertising.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and for related follow-up. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Sharing with third parties

Except where required by law, we do not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent. We may use external services to deliver email and to guard against spam; in those cases the information is used only for the purpose above.

4. Storage and safeguards

We store the information under appropriate access controls and take reasonable measures to prevent loss or unauthorized disclosure. Information no longer needed is deleted after a reasonable period.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking. To improve the site, we use only privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare) and spam protection on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile). These are limited to what is necessary to provide and protect the site, and are not used to track visitors. For that reason, we do not display a cookie-consent banner.
